4.1. Order of execution:
Assets which are seized or confiscated shall be returned after the decision for seizure, custody, distraint, foreclosure is cancelled.
4.2. Methods of implementation: documents are submitted directly at the head office of administrative agency. .
4.3. Composition of documents:
- Notice for returning assets.
- Minutes signed by the receiver, representative of the agency which makes a decision for seizure, custody, distraint, foreclosure of assets, the officer assigned to return assets and storekeeper of the warehouse which assets are kept.
4.4. Term of settlement: 05 working days after the decision for seizure, custody, distraint, foreclosure is cancelled.
4.5. Implementing agency: The agency makes a decision for seizure, custody, distraint, foreclosure of assets.
4.6. Object of implementation: Individual, organization
4.7. Name of form: None.
4.8. Fee (if any): None.
4.9. Results of implementation: Minutes for returning assets
4.10. Requirements, conditions of implementation (if any): Assets which are seized or confiscated shall be returned the decision for seizure, custody, distraint, foreclosure is cancelled.
