Ceasing to be legal disseminator is performed where the legal disseminators are subject to the followings:
- Perform one of prohibited actions as specified in Article 9 of Law on legal dissemination and education;
- To be sentenced by the Court and the judgment has taken legal effect;
- To have civil behaviors limited or lost;
- To have no credibility in the civil community
